Learning to knit

Learning to knit is not that hard. It just takes a little practice and a little patience and the rewards are awesome. Here a cup of coffee and a lovely outdoor setting make for the perfect way to relax into pencil knitting. Those aren't just any pencils, however, but Dixon Ticonderogas. As an appreciator of fine craft, there isn't any better object to develop your basic skills. When it comes to real knitting needles, I prefer something in a soft flexible wood as apposed to the old school metal kind. It makes my hands enjoy the long hours even more.

Stay tuned for new projects and ramblings.
